When you submit the contact form, we collect the following inquiry fields: name, email, company, phone, message.

We use carefully selected service providers to host the site and route inquiries. Current processors or supporting providers include:

• Vercel for hosting and deployment infrastructure.
• FormSync for secure delivery of contact form submissions.
• Vercel Analytics only after the visitor grants analytics consent.
• Google Analytics (gtag.js) for aggregated traffic measurement, only after analytics consent.

Google Analytics (GA4 via gtag.js) is used for aggregated website measurement only after you grant analytics consent. If we add further services such as Google Tag Manager or similar tools, they will only be enabled after consent and this policy will be updated accordingly.

Inquiry data is retained only for as long as necessary to answer the request, continue related commercial discussions, and comply with record-keeping obligations.

Where a request leads to a commercial relationship, relevant records may be retained for longer where necessary for contract management, accounting, or legal compliance.
